We met Catherine at an open house we found on Zillow, so we experienced her first as an agent for other sellers, before she became our buyers' agent. After having been to MANY open houses where agents give you dirty looks for opening closets/cupboards, Catherine was a breath of fresh air. She provided snacks (for adults, and toddler-friendly options!!), answers to all questions, and knowledgeable insights into possible simple fixes for strange layouts, etc.We didn't bid on the house she was holding open, but we liked her well enough to call her up the next day and sign her as our agent!
